A student pointed this clip out to me. It's Robert Kennedy in 1968, predicting that we could have a black president in 40 years. Creepy.

Kennedy made that statement in 1961, not 1968. Russert gets it wrong in talking about it, but there is an attribution at the end of the quote to the fact that it was reported in the Washington Post on May 27, 1961. It is also clear from the context that the quote came from earlier than 1968 since he is referred to as the Attorney General, not New York Senator.
