Ceasar Chavez? Perhaps the emperor of Venezuela.
Cesar was a complicated figure. He was also stuanchly anti-immigrant, a stand that would put him in the Republican camp. Probably on the right end of the Republican camp, as the biggest Republican leaders such as McCain, Romney, and George W. Bush are not that strongly anti-immigrant.
