Washington Mutual owns my house. Or at least, they did until yesterday. Not sure where to send my next mortgage check.

I'd talk to a lawyer, but from where I'm sitting, the government is going to buy WaMu, and the government gets its money from your taxes, so I'm pretty sure you can make out the check to yourself, then mail it to WaMu. And then claim the mortgage deduction. Got that?
